RBC Alliance of Young Women Entrepreneurs

AYWE Subpage Header

The first program of its kind in Canada! The RBC Alliance of Young Women Entrepreneurs program (AYWE) will take students from the idea stage to the implementation phase of business through connection and learning.

The goal? To provide female students enrolled in any four-year program with the knowledge needed to build a successful business.

Students will learn the skills and have access to tools to launch a new idea while attending university, or after graduation. The skills introduced through this program can be applied to any career, making this a worthwhile opportunity for all students.

Through this free program, each student will:

  • receive leadership coaching and business training
  • access one-on-one business advisory sessions
  • attend business conferences and events
  • connect with other students
  • create and execute your business plan

Program participants also receive a complimentary membership to the Centre for Women in Business.
