CWB seeking expressions of interest for graphic designer

The Centre for Women in Business is seeking expressions of interest for various roles for an upcoming podcast project. The project will include a 10-episode series profiling women business owners across Atlantic Canada, targeted towards young women in Atlantic Canada, 18-34, exploring entrepreneurship as a career option.

We are requesting expressions of interest from registered businesses in Nova Scotia for a producer, host, and graphic designer. Details for the role of graphic designer are included below.

The CWB makes no guarantee that this project will be assigned to those who submit an expression of interest and will not be an exclusive contract for the provision of the described deliverables. The CWB may contract others for services the same as, or similar, to those detailed below.

Project Deliverables:

• Lead a creative brainstorm with the full CWB podcast project team
• Create a brand identity for the podcast series
• Produce visual elements for the project, including for the series overall and for each individual episode
• Provide visual elements in various provided sizes including for web, email, social media, and print
• Create a detailed project timeline and work back schedule based on the above deliverables
• At the end of the project, provide editable copies of the files to the CWB

Additional Details:

• We anticipate this project to take place from December 2020 – February 2021.
• Meetings with the CWB communications coordinator and team will take place virtually.
• You will be credited as the graphic designer for the series.

In your expression of interest, please include:

• A brief summary of your graphic design experience
• Acknowledgement and your potential availability within the project timeline
• Three work samples
• Estimated cost
