Welcome to the Fall 2026 Grow Now Defence Pathways Cohort!

We’re excited to extend a warm welcome to the newest participants in Grow Now Defence Pathways!

Defence Pathways is a new offering – under the Grow Now range of offerings – which helps female tech founders explore whether defence could be their next market; equipping them with the tools and expertise to be able to identify real opportunities within technology, without leaving their commercial trajectory behind.

Our Fall 2026 cohort includes ten women tech founders from across Canada, bringing together an incredible group of entrepreneurs with big ideas and goals.
