Business Operations Fundamentals
This program is designed for established business owners who want to build the foundational systems required to effectively manage, grow, and scale their business. Participants will learn how to create practical systems for tracking time, costs, tasks, communication, responsibilities, and operational processes.
The program focuses on creating visibility into how work, information, and money flow through a business so owners can make informed decisions, improve efficiency, increase accountability, and create capacity for growth.
Throughout the program, participants will implement time tracking practices and use the resulting data to better understand profitability, capacity, delegation opportunities, and operational performance.
Learning Objectives:
- Create foundational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support consistency and delegation
- Understand how time, cost, and task tracking support business growth and decision-making
- Calculate business capacity and evaluate whether business goals are achievable based on available time and resources
- Evaluate and optimize their technology stack to reduce duplication and improve efficiency
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability within their organization.
- Develop communication processes that improve information flow and reduce operational friction
- Map key business workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish meaningful metrics and dashboards to support business performance
- Develop a practical operational blueprint and action plan for continued growth
