Business Plan Fundamentals
It has been proven that businesses which begin with a written plan are more likely to be successful. A well laid out Business Plan helps the new entrepreneur focus on the steps needed to get started on their entrepreneurial journey and to make better decisions. It also helps the business owners clarify their business idea, develop the research to validate the market and prepare financials.
For an established business, the business plan is a record of their plans which can be used to measure their success and create innovative plans for growth. The Business Plan Fundamentals program will program will enable the participants to take a deep look into their business idea and begin the process of developing a clear business plan. This program will also support those who start a business without developing that foundational plan.
Over a period of 10 weeks you will explore the business plan process – helping you develop and refine your business idea. By the end of this program, participants will have the tools needed to complete their business plan.

- Use market research tools to describe their industry, competitors and identify their target market

- Identify startup costs and prepare cash flow projections
