Condolences to family & friends of Sylvia Booth

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a former Centre for Women in Business colleague, Sylvia Booth. Sylvia passed away on Monday, September 14. Sylvia joined the CWB team in 2003 and worked as a regional business facilitator with us for over six years. She worked primarily with women business owners in the South Shore, providing invaluable training, support and resources. Sylvia can only be described as a true delight to work with – calm, competent, and a great sense of humour. We were lucky to have her as part of our team.

A memorial service will be held in Lunenburg on Monday, September 21.
