The RBC Alliance of Young Women Entrepreneurs (AYWE) is the first program of its kind in Canada, designed to support female students in developing their entrepreneurial potential through connection, education, and hands-on business development.

Female university students interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and building their own business whether they’re just starting out or already have an idea.
