The Grow Now Self-Directed Training Program, is an initiative by the Centre for Women in Business (CWB) and represents an innovative opportunity to empower women tech entrepreneurs across Atlantic Canada with the tools and knowledge to scale their startups. Drawing from the success of the in-person Grow Now accelerator – which provided intensive, cohort-based support to female founders – the self-directed version of the program aims to extend this impact by making the curriculum accessible on-demand to a broader audience and deepening its impact for women tech entrepreneurs throughout Atlantic Canada.
