The business idea emerged from frustration with so-called “eco-friendly” products that still relied heavily on plastic, excess packaging, or vague environmental claims. Rather than settling for imperfect solutions. “Beezy Eco focuses on thoughtfully designed, plastic-free household and personal-care essentials made with a zero-waste mindset. From tablet refills to reusable alternatives, every product is created to replace single-use plastics and support a more circular way of living,” says Sandra.  

What started as a small idea has grown into a mission-driven business rooted in innovation, community, and real environmental impact, proving that everyday choices can add to meaningful change. 

For aspiring entrepreneurs, Sandra emphasizes the importance of starting before everything feels “ready.” “You don’t need a perfect product or a perfect plan; clarity comes from action. Test your idea early, listen closely to feedback, and be willing to adapt as you learn.” 

“Building a business that solves a real problem, staying aligned with personal values, and leaning into community and collaboration can make all the difference. Entrepreneurship,” Sandra says, “is a long game; persistence, curiosity, and resilience matter more than getting everything right the first time.” 

Sandra also stresses the importance of seeking support. “Don’t be afraid to ask for help, you are truly not alone in the world of entrepreneurship. There are so many opportunities that provide founders with expert advice.”  

“Without the Centre for Women in Business’s support and guidance I would truly not be where I am today, they have been an incredible source of support, confidence, and connection on my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve gained access to mentorship, practical resources, and a community of women who truly understand the challenges of building and scaling a business.”  

Sandra has participated in several CWB programs, including the Supplier Diversity Mentorship Program, and the Advanced Management & Mentoring Program (AMMP). 

But beyond the tools and training, Sandra notes that “CWB has helped me think bigger about growth, impact, and leadership while reminding me that I don’t have to do it alone. The encouragement, accountability, and shared knowledge have played a meaningful role in Beezy Eco’s growth and in my confidence as a founder. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude.”  

As the sustainability and environmental industry continues to evolve, Beezy Eco is positioning itself at the forefront of a significant shift. Sustainability is no longer “niche” it is becoming mainstream, driven by consumer expectations, regulatory pressures, and growing climate urgency. Today’s customers aren’t just interested in greener products; they are demanding transparency, measurable impact, and solutions that don’t simply replace one environmental problem with another.  

Sandra notes that “at Beezy Eco, we’re preparing for that future by focusing on function and sustainability. Our products are designed to replace single-use plastics with reusable, refillable, compostable alternatives, and minimize packaging.” 

“Our company is rooted in transparency; clear ingredients, clear impacts, and clear benefits. By investing in innovation, strategic partnerships, and collaborating with local makers, suppliers and business networks we will scale responsibly, develop tablet-based formats that cut waste and shipping footprint, strengthen supply chain sustainability, and create products that meet real needs and reduce everyday waste.”  

Reflecting on her journey, Sandra says she would tell her past self to “trust the process and herself sooner. Doubt, slow progress, and setbacks are inevitable, but they are not signs of failure. Instead, they are part of building something real.”  

“As Nora Perry (Manager of Programs and Special Projects at CWB), a wise mentor once told me “Beware of the shiny objects.” You don’t need to chase every webinar, every email that has a wonderful offer. I have learned that the hard way, there is no magic potion: you must put in the time and effort to grow. “  

Looking ahead into 2026, Beezy Eco’s goals are ambitious but intentional. “Our major goals for 2026 are to expand our retail and wholesale footprint across Atlantic Canada (and beyond) by adding new stock and strengthening key wholesale relationships. We are currently in Sobeys stores across the Maritimes, and my goal is to be represented by other major retailers in 2026.”  

“We want to grow our tablet systems so more customers can replace single-use plastic in everyday routines (hand soap, cleaners, laundry, etc.), strengthen operations for sustainable growth and increase our brand awareness through thoughtful storytelling that emphasizes real impact rather than greenwashing.”   

Lasty, Sandra shares that “meaningful change happens through small, consistent choices. Beezy Eco exists because everyday actions matter, and because community, collaboration, and values-driven entrepreneurship truly make a difference.”  

“I’m incredibly grateful for the customers, partners, and organizations that support this journey, and I’m excited to keep building solutions that make sustainable living easier, more accessible, and more impactful; one small switch at a time.”

For Kathy Colaiacovo, owner of Pepper It Marketing and host of the Marketing Your Private Practice with Kathy C podcast, Coffee Talk was more than just another networking opportunity, it was a lifeline. 

“I’ve been in business since 2008 and mostly work with private practice owner’s dietitians and therapists who do all their own marketing, or maybe have a small team,” Kathy explained. “Most feel stuck spending way too much time on social media, thinking it’s their only option, but what I do is help them focus their messaging, streamline their marketing and use my Thrive Marketing Method™ that helps them book more clients.” 

When Coffee Talk shifted online in 2020, Kathy joined immediately. “At that time, with COVID and a freshly broken elbow (thanks to my dog Pepper, as in Pepper It Marketing!), connection felt more important than ever,” she said. “Networking with other women in business is something I value, not just for business but for having meaningful conversations and making real connections. Some of which have turned into friendships.” 

“Honestly, the biggest thing women get from Coffee Talk is knowing we’re not alone,” Kathy said. “It’s a safe, motivating place where you actually feel encouraged and inspired. Sometimes, that can be a lifesaver for women in business.” 

Nora Perry, Manager of Programs and Special Projects and Coffee Talk lead at CWB shared, “Coffee Talk is a place where any woman business owner can gather to share, learn and support one another in a safe space. Many women business owners work by themselves and can sometimes feel isolated. Coffee Talk is a place to gather so they know they are not alone.” 

Unlike traditional networking groups, Coffee Talk emphasizes consistency, accessibility, and authenticity, discussing trending topics that are relevant to business owners.  

“Consistency is what makes Coffee Talk stand out,” Kathy said. “We know the group will be there every Thursday morning. Zoom makes it easy for women all over Nova Scotia and beyond to join in without worrying about travel, early mornings, or childcare. It levels the playing field.” 

The conversations had at Coffee Talk often spark new ways of thinking. One example Kathy recalled was, “one new participant this spring literally shifted her business model based on feedback from others. Without this group, it may have taken her years to get to that place. Even the best business coach may not have made that happen so fast.” 

The value extends far beyond strategies and referrals. “The biggest benefit isn’t just business, it’s in the transfer of knowledge and sense of community,” Kathy said. “Knowing you’re not the only one with a challenge gives women the boost they need to keep moving forward.” 

Kathy reflected on her experience earlier this spring as a guest host of Coffee Talk, sharing how it gave her a new perspective on the community. “Guest hosting really highlighted for me what women are looking for: a genuine chance to connect, not just to chase referrals. The bonds formed go beyond business, they impact our lives, too.” 

At its core, Coffee Talk is about connection. The balance between personal and professional is exactly why Coffee Talk continues to resonate with so many. As Nora put it simply: “Whether you are just getting started, sustaining, or growing your business, you need to show up.”

“The origin story of Easy Street Diner began at culinary school for me, NSCC Akerley Campus, Class of 2018,” Kelly-Jo recalls. “We’d just finished a BBQ event, and during cleanup, we found a leftover brisket in the fridge. I asked what we could do with it, and my chef instructor asked if I had ever made pastrami before. I hadn’t, but I was eager to learn.” 

What followed was a week-long transformative experiment that would plant the seed for a future restaurant. 

“At the end of the week, I hosted a Friday lunch for the staff and served Reuben sandwiches with triple-cooked fries,” Kelly-Jo said. “I’ve always had a soft spot for diner food, but this experience showed me that humble ingredients could become something truly special. If I ever opened a restaurant, that sandwich had to be on the menu.” 

After gaining experience in the industry, Kelly-Jo and Lalanya began to envision their own space. The COVID-19 pandemic gave them time to reassess their path forward. 

“With guidance from our business partner, Stuart Lally, we built a plan, secured funding, and started looking for locations,” says Kelly-Jo. “The rest, as they say, is history.” 

But behind the scenes, the journey was anything but simple. 

“My partner and I were very naive when we started. I’m not embarrassed to admit that we made many mistakes,” Kelly-Jo says truthfully. “We don’t have regrets because those lessons were invaluable. I do, however, wish I had met Nora Perry (Manager of Programs and Special Projects at CWB) and the amazing team as the Center for Women in Business much earlier!”  

“For any new entrepreneur, my advice would be to focus on finding the right team to support them. It cannot be undersold that who you invite into your business (whether suppliers you will deal with, personnel you will employ, or the customer you are trying to attract) has the most impact on your operation.” 

Kelly-Jo also highlighted the importance of preparation and structure. “You always need more startup money than you think. Research your financing options, know your risk tolerance, and always incorporate them. Separating yourself legally and financially from your business is essential.” 

Kelly-Jo stresses that you need to “get as much market research as you can and always reach out for help. Find mentors, get to know your local government representatives (on all 3 levels of government), and make connections with other small business owners/entrepreneurs. You need a village to keep you on track.” 

“Being a business owner might sound glamorous, but it’s exhausting and relentless. Stay grounded. Lead by example and treat your staff like people first. If your team feels seen, respected, and supported, they’ll give you, their best.” 

Easy Street Diner’s connection to CWB has been a game-changer. Through the Advanced Management & Mentoring Program (AMMP), the team received expert guidance that had tangible results. “The business mentorship, workshops, and feedback in AMMP were invaluable. In just a few months, we cleaned up our financials, improved our marketing, and built a strategic growth plan,” says Kelly-Jo. “Beyond that, the camaraderie with other women business leaders was incredibly meaningful in cutting through the noise, stress, and loneliness of being an entrepreneur.”  

The diner also received funding from CWEP-GIFS, to help them purchase vital equipment, helping to expand their kitchen capacity during a time of increased demand. 

Easy Street Diner isn’t just about food, it’s about community. And while it’s easy to get caught in the daily grind, the team recognizes their growing impact. 

“Right now, I think we’ve become a comfort food staple in Clayton Park,” Kelly-Jo reflects. “I hope we’re seen as an inclusive space for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or dietary needs.” 

Looking ahead, Kelly-Jo has big dreams to expand that impact. “One day, I’d love to have a ‘pay what you can option, a grab-and-go section, and even volunteer opportunities to help feed those facing food insecurity.” 

Running a restaurant is no easy feat. Rising costs for food, labor, and utilities continue to challenge small food businesses everywhere. 

“Our biggest challenge? Honestly, it’s been keeping myself healthy through it all,” Kelly-Jo admits. “It’s easy to lose yourself in survival mode. You need to build in structures and supports to get meaningful rest, good nutrition, and necessary exercise. Building routines that protect your physical, mental, and emotional health is non-negotiable.” 

As for the year ahead, the team is focused on staying resilient and intentional. 

“We want to keep reaching new customers while staying true to our values,” says Kelly-Jo. “That means continuing to tell our story, refining our systems, and showing up consistently for our regulars—who’ve stood by us since day one.” 

For anyone considering their own entrepreneurial leap, Easy Street Diner’s journey offers this reminder: great food starts with good people, humble beginnings can lead to big impact, and community is the secret ingredient to long-term success.

Throughout the evening, what stood out most was the energy and excitement from the graduates. Their faces lit up with pride as they shared their culinary creations and business ideas with friends, family, supporters, and community members. For many, this was their first time presenting their food products to the public, “It is such a boost of beautiful confidence. Watching guests engage with the graduates, enjoy their food, and offer feedback. These exchanges aren’t just enjoyable; they’re empowering,” Natalie said.

Graduation day isn’t just a ceremony, it’s a milestone, a public facing launch for many of the graduates into the world of entrepreneurship. The connections forged that evening reflect the spirit of the SPICE program: inclusion, support, celebration, and transformation. “The evening really helped the women know they are supported, that people appreciate their food and everyone is there to celebrate them,” Natalie explained.

“Long after the official event ended, the graduates lingered, still buzzing with excitement, talking, laughing, and sharing their experiences with each other,” Natalie noted.

Elvira Prado, owner of Elvira’s Table, commented on her experience in the SPICE program “The SPICE Program gave me a powerful boost. From mentorship, to equipment, to ingredients, the support has made a huge difference. It allowed me to grow without stress. In the past six months, between catering and weekly market sales, I’ve made approximately $30,000 in revenue. This is something I’m proud of and still processing, because it has all happened so fast. Thank you to the SPICE Program for creating such a meaningful space for those of us who dreamt of starting our own business in the food industry. A space where we didn’t just learn about business. We learned about ourselves.”

The SPICE program, at its core, is about more than just entrepreneurship. It’s about creating a space where underrepresented women can thrive. It’s about equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support networks they need to succeed in the challenging food industry. Graduation is the final chapter of one journey and the start of another.

“Success in the marketplace is knowing that CWB is always in their corner, ready to support them at every stage,” Natalie emphasized. “The food industry is one of the most demanding, but with the foundation built through SPICE, our graduates are well-prepared. Many are not only running successful businesses but also giving back, mentoring new entrepreneurs and expanding the circle of impact within their communities.”

What makes SPICE truly unique is its singular position as the only food business incubator and accelerator of its kind in the Maritimes. With three cohorts and nearly 40 graduates to date, the program has proven to be a vital and successful initiative. Many of our alumni continue to grow their businesses, staying closely connected with the CWB, helping to inspire the next wave of food entrepreneurs.

Our SPICE graduate, Ijeoma Eche-Nwosu, founder of Prestigious Apron Gourmet, shared that, “my journey with the SPICE program has been nothing short of transformative. I applied to join the SPICE Cohort last year but was told that the program had already reached capacity. Naturally, I was disappointed, but just a few days later, I received a call. One spot had unexpectedly opened. I believe it was not just by happenstance but was divinely orchestrated. I saw it as nothing short of divine favor and a second chance at an opportunity I truly believed in.

ML Family Counselling was born from a clear and deeply personal vision, “I wanted to build a practice that not only offered exceptional therapy services but created a space where both clients and clinicians could thrive,” Michelle says, “a place that fostered a sense of belonging, integrity, and support.”  

That vision has since evolved into a thriving practice supporting clients across the lifespan—from toddlers to seniors—offering specialized care in areas like anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, chronic pain/illness, acute or chronic trauma, ADHD, Autism, OCD, general mental health concerns and relationship concerns ranging from partner, family, or work. “Most of our therapists are post-graduate trained in specific evidence-based modalities, focused on providing specialized, niched care versus generalized care.” Michelle shares.  

But what truly sets ML Family Counselling apart is not just what they treat—it’s how they do it. 

Through a unique model that includes a partnership with their nonprofit affiliate, Couch of Hope, Michelle’s team provides hands-on mentorship to therapists in the early stages of their careers. Many begin right out of graduate school and stay on for years, supported by a system that offers deep clinical guidance without the pressures of running a business. “During this time, our therapists gain robust clinical experience, receive strong supervision, which helps to build confidence in their craft.”  

“This model allows us to stay grounded in community while fostering the next generation of compassionate, skilled therapists,” Michelle explains. 

Today, ML Family Counselling is a multi-location group practice with a diverse team of 30-40 clinicians. “At our core, we’re a values-driven organization. We believe healing is relational, therapy should be accessible, and clinicians deserve meaningful mentorship and a healthy work culture. That’s the heart of why I started this work—and it’s what continues to guide us every day.” says Michelle. 

Michelle’s relationship with Pride is both personal and professional. “Pride, to me, is a celebration of identity and a call to action,” she says. “It means honouring the courage it takes to live authentically in a world that hasn’t always made space for that. It means showing up with love and respect for the full spectrum of identity and experience—our own, and each other’s.”  

In her clinic it means the staff has a wide variety of training in inclusive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practices. It means affirming intake processes, inclusive language in every document, and a clinic culture that supports both 2SLGBTQIA+ clients and clinicians alike. 

“Pride is a commitment. At ML Family Counselling, we are actively working to ensure therapeutic spaces where 2SLGBTQIA+ clients feel safe, seen, and affirmed. Ensuring our clinic culture reflects those same values throughout all stages of client care. We know that representation matters, language matters, community care matters, and affirmative action speaks the loudest. We’re always learning, always evolving,” Michelle shares.  

“It’s about resilience, joy, belonging, and the right to access mental health support without fear, shame, or judgment. We’re here for that work all year long.” 

“Inclusion isn’t something you add to a business—it’s something you build into every layer of it,” Michelle says. For her, the work starts with listening to 2SLGBTQIA+ voices, ensuring inclusive hiring practices, and committing to continued consultation with community members to elicit feedback and suggestions. “It’s about creating systems that support queer and trans clients and staff and embodying zero tolerance for discrimination in any form.” 

For businesses looking to create lasting, authentic inclusivity, Michelle has this advice: “Start now. Don’t wait until everything is perfect. Be willing to learn, get it wrong, take feedback, and grow. Review your forms, policies, business practices, marketing, and everyday language. Are they inclusive? Do they reflect diverse identities and experiences? Do they feel safe? That’s how we build something better.” 

Looking ahead in 2025, Michelle is focused on expanding ML Family Counselling’s work, “One of my biggest goals is to deepen our offerings in neurodivergent-affirming care, with a particular focus on late-diagnosed Autistic women and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. This includes launching companion resources from my recently completed book on the intersection of neurodivergence, trauma, and sexuality and expanding training opportunities for clinicians working at the intersection of neurodivergence, trauma, and sexuality.”  

“2025 is about expansion and impact,” she says. “We’re looking to grow our supervision and internship program—creating even more space for early-career therapists to gain meaningful, supported experience. This ties into our long-term vision of strengthening the mental health workforce in Nova Scotia, particularly in underserved areas.” 

“We’ll keep building sustainable systems to support both our clients and clinicians—by refining processes, strengthening leadership, and staying true to our values. Our path forward is grounded in intention, collaboration, and heart. We’ll listen closely, grow thoughtfully, and stay rooted in what matters most.”  

Running a therapy group practice and leading a non-profit can feel isolating. But for Michelle, the Centre for Women in Business (CWB) have offered a lifeline of community and support. 

“CWB has created a space where I feel connected to other women who understand those challenges and who genuinely want to see each other succeed. 

Whether it’s through events, networking opportunities, or simply being part of a community that champions women-led businesses, CWB has helped me feel less alone in the process. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many women who are building meaningful things and lifting each other up along the way.”  

Starting a business can be hard, Michelle’s advice to any woman who is quietly dreaming of starting something, “you don’t have to have it all figured out. Start anyway, stay aligned, and trust that you’re allowed to build something in a way that works for you.” 

“I’m incredibly grateful to be doing this work—to hold space for healing, growth, and connection in such a human and heart-centered way. Building ML Family Counselling has taught me that leadership means presence, humility, and showing up again and again for what matters.”  

“In the end, leadership isn’t about perfection. There is so much power in being seen, and I hope that through our work, people feel more understood, more empowered, and more connected to themselves.” 

Collaboration and the power of community were the thread for this celebration of women and entrepreneurship and we are proud to share the outcomes and inspiration of the day to those who weren’t in attendance, and as a reminder for those who were.

After working for more than 15 years in the institutional equity markets for major Canadian financial institutions, where she was consistently ranked as a top-tier salesperson, Milla Craig wanted more.

She had a desire to focus on topics that weren’t being explored to their full potential when assessing the value of a corporation.

“When I left Scotia Capital, I started to recognize a new trend in the marketplace. In capital markets, our focus tends to be solely on financials, setting aside the broader aspects crucial for long-term sustainability. These include attracting and retaining top talent, fostering diversity in the workforce, addressing cybersecurity concerns, and acknowledging the impacts of climate change and other potential risks to the business,” says Craig.

It became apparent to her that investors were already considering these factors, yet there wasn’t an official platform to address them.

“The motivation behind starting my business was two-fold – to help investors grasp the value of these non-financial aspects, and to assist companies in understanding and effectively communicating these issues to investors. Ultimately, the goal was to facilitate access to capital for both investors and corporates alike,” adds Craig.

Craig founded Millani, a Montreal-based Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) advisory firm, in 2008. Operating successfully for 16 years, Millani specializes in advising on integrating ESG issues into investment strategies, reducing risks, and enhancing returns. The company offers leadership in investor trends and assists corporations – public and private – in strategy creation, stakeholder engagement and disclosure enhancement. These goals promote access to capital and maximize market value.

As the spouse of an entrepreneur, Craig had an opportunity to closely observe her husband’s journey. Inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to take the plunge herself.

“I started by renting a small space in his office, essentially a broom closet. What I gleaned from this experience is that to pursue a great idea, you simply need to take that initial step forward. My venture has been entirely self-funded, and though it took time, I eventually managed to assemble a team of like-minded individuals who shared my vision. Despite limited financial resources, they were eager to be part of the project because they believed in its potential,” says Craig.

When setting up Millani, Craig overcame initial challenges – such as helping clients understand the importance of responsible investing and corporate sustainability advisory services, including ESG integration and impact – to both investors and companies.

“One of the primary hurdles I faced was elucidating the concept to others and conveying its importance. As we advanced, we wanted companies to recognize the importance of investing in support of ESG development, especially in the early stages of the market evolution in Canada,” adds Craig.

During the pandemic, in 2022, Craig discovered the Centre for Women in Business’ Greater Heights of Growth Program (GHG). The initiative – created with support from the Women’s Entrepreneurship Strategy – focuses on helping women business owners build a solid business model and manage risk and profitability through controlled growth. It provides practical tools, strategies and content to grow a scalable interactive business model.

The Centre for Women in Business – seated at Mount Saint Vincent University – has supported women entrepreneurs across Canada for 32 years by providing learning opportunities, exposure, networking and membership programs, to women identifying and gender diverse entrepreneurs at all stages of business development.

“Amidst the pandemic, my business experienced significant growth as the market began to grasp the importance of Environmental, Social and Governance factors. The pandemic spotlighted the significance of the ‘S’ in ESG, emphasizing the value of prioritizing people and societal impact. This exponential growth prompted my interest in undertaking this course and program. I sought to gain insights into managing and sustaining this growth effectively,” adds Craig.

According to Craig, the program included practical and tactical opportunities.

“It was focused on women, which I found interesting. All have their own small or, in some cases, larger businesses. It provided a safe environment for genuine discussions. Throughout the program, we not only learned practical tactics but also had the opportunity to discuss challenges and implementation. […] It was hands-on and allowed for valuable exchanges among participants,” says Craig.

“What stood out were aspects like shifting business models and strategic thinking. I didn’t initially start with a solid business plan; it was more of a learn-as-you-go approach. This program equipped me with practical tools for immediate implementation. Many of these tools are still integral to our yearly strategic planning, contributing to our substantial growth,” she adds.

For Craig, client relationships are fundamental.

“Our unique offerings in the market rely heavily on positive client feedback for credibility. In a more competitive market, leveraging client testimonials is crucial for opening doors,” says Craig.

And they did indeed open doors.

Millani boasts some of Canada’s most prominent asset managers, serving corporate entities listed on the stock exchange. They cater to some of the largest pension plans in Canada.

Their focus lies in facilitating the connection between these listed corporations and the investors participating in the stock market. Their goal is to facilitate the flow of capital to Canadian businesses. Currently, Craig works with a team of 10 people who handle client mandates.

According to Craig, in recent years, there has been a noticeable shift towards acknowledging the reality of climate change. As a result, the financial markets are evolving, with a growing emphasis on measuring these impacts and exploring ways to mitigate negative effects.

“We have been early adopters in this regard, with a strong focus on understanding capital flows and a commitment to thought leadership. Our regular investor sentiment studies, conducted biannually, contribute significantly to our understanding of market trends and inform our strategic direction,” adds Craig.

About Grow Now Tech Incubator: Grow Now is a dynamic tech incubator that supports early-stage female-led tech startups in their growth journey. We provide incubation support along with mentorship, resources, and a supportive community to help entrepreneurs thrive. As we expand our operations across Canada, we are seeking a talented and passionate Tech Incubator Coordinator to manage the French cohorts of our virtual incubator, Grow Now.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the Grow Now Tech Incubator.
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with incubator participants to assess progress, address challenges, and offer valuable feedback.
• Organize virtual workshops, training sessions, and networking events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among cohort members.

• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other team members to develop and refine the incubator’s curriculum, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
• Assist with the screening and selection process of startups for the incubator program.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the incubator program, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, startup ecosystems, and best practices in entrepreneurship.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or a related field.
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
• Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.

• Coordonner et superviser les activités de l’incubateur d’entreprises technologiques Grandir maintenant.
• Faire le point et organiser des rencontres fréquemment avec les participantes à l’incubateur afin d’évaluer les progrès, de résoudre les difficultés et d’offrir une rétroaction précieuse.
