Member Event – Speed Networking

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
4:00 PM – Check-in & Welcome
Guests arrive and check in at the entrance to the community space.
Light refreshments may be available.
A short welcome and intro from the event host or facilitator explaining the flow of the session. 4:15 PM – Speed Networking Rounds Begin
Attendees are paired up in one-on-one sessions lasting 4–6 minutes each.
A signal (bell or announcement) will indicate when to switch.
After each round, participants rotate to meet a new person.
Facilitators ensure smooth transitions and may provide prompts or questions to get the conversations flowing.
5:15 PM – Open Networking / Break
Once rounds are complete, there will be free networking time to reconnect with interesting contacts.
Participants may exchange business cards or scan QR codes.
Optional: there may be a short “expert insights” segment or mini-presentation.
5:50 PM – Closing Remarks
Event hosts thank attendees.
Reminder of any upcoming events or ways to stay connected (like newsletters or LinkedIn groups).
6:00 PM – Event Ends
