| Sea Change CoLab’s Corrie Melanson has been diving deep into leadership and business development this winter as part of the Advanced Management and Mentorship Program (AMMP) through the Centre for Women in Business.AMMP is designed for women entrepreneurs who have been in business for five or more years—and for Corrie, it’s been the perfect space to sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen systems, and reflect on sustainable growth. Alongside a dynamic group of women business owners from across Nova Scotia, she’s been exploring everything from emerging AI tools and financial decision-making to documenting core business processes for smoother operations.
