Support Nova Scotia’s women in business:

Women in Business Implementation Fund

The Women in Business Implementation Fund (WiBIF) was created to assist women entrepreneurs in Nova Scotia to access business supports in response to COVID-19. The funds helped source support for small-scale projects related to business operations, business transformation, and recovery measures.

The original WiBIF launched in July 2020 and was used to support over 100 women business owners across the province. We were proud to reopen the fund with the continued support of the Government of Canada through the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) in January 2021.

After a large number of applications and fully allocating the new funds, WiBIF closed again on January 15, 2021.
