How can I register?

Registration is not confirmed until payment in received. Once received, a confirmation receipt will be sent to you by email. 

What's included in the $500+HST registration fee?

The $500+HST registration free includes access to all of the speakers, presentations and workshops, retreat social events, select meals and retreat materials. The registration fee does not include accommodations, travel and remaining meals.

How do I make my accommodations reservation at Fox Harb'r? 

Everyone is responsible for their own accommodations at Fox Harb'r. To receive the group rate, please specify that you are with the Centre for Women in Business High Growth Retreat at the time of your reservation. You are strongly encouraged to reserve your booking by Thursday, September 19. To make your reservation call 1.866.257.1801. 

What happens if I try to make a reservation after September 19? 

Any extra rooms being held for our retreat will be released as of Thursday, September 19. You can still make a reservation and receive the group rate after September 19, but room availability is not guaranteed. 

Can I book other services while staying at the resort? 

Absolutely. You are encouraged to check out the spa, golf and other activities offered at Fox Harb'r. Our retreat schedule will be released in September and we ask that you do not book activities that conflict with retreat activities. Group activity rates will be sent to registered participants via email. You are encouraged to make your activity reservation before Thursday, September 19

What happens if I have to arrive late? Leave early?

We ask that all participants arrive on Sunday, October 20 and stay until Tuesday, October 22 to receive the maximum benefit and value of the retreat. Arriving late or leaving early can be disruptive to the facilities team, event organizers, speakers and other participants. If you will be arriving late or leaving early, please let us know by emailing 

Can I extend my stay before or after the retreat? 

Fox Harb'r is happy to extend your reservation if there is space available. To make or change your reservation call 1.866.257.1801. Group rates will be honoured up to 3 days pre or post retreat. 

What is the cancellation policy for accommodations? 

The deadline to cancel your accommodations reservations is Friday, October 11, 2019. After this deadline, you are required to pay for at least one night of your reserved stay. 

What is the cancellation policy for the retreat? 

Once you have your confirmation receipt, all fees are non-refundable. You may allow an alternate person to attend in your place. 

What should I bring to the retreat? 

We will provide participants with a binder of materials, pen and paper. We ask that all participants bring a laptop to participate in interactive digital sessions. 

Where can I specify dietary requirements? 

You can specify dietary requirements at the time of registration. 

Is Fox Harb'r accessible? 

Yes. You can specify accessibility requirements at the time of registration.
