Nasil is a business advisor with expertise in Innovation and Technology at the Centre. She leads our student entrepreneurial programs, the RBC Alliance of Young Women Entrepreneurs (AYWE) and the Spark Zone. As a business advisor, Nasil would like to help women entrepreneurs develop or innovate their business plans and models. She can also provide guidance on how to adopt technologies into current business practices. 

As an entrepreneur, she is a co-founder of Chrisil, a company that designs jewelry travel wallets. Nasil has a Master's degree in Leadership Studies in Education from the University of Victoria.
