Eirinn Fraser is a Business Advisor for the Centre for Women in Business (CWB) on the Island of Cape Breton Unama’ki. She also leads the Power Lunch Series, the weekly virtual Coffee Talk, and the Workplace Education Initiative.
Eirinn’s works enable others to have the tools to self-promote and to succeed in their dreams by developing the skills and business literacy required to reach their goals. She enjoys volunteering on projects that make a difference by helping prepare the necessary tools, including long-term action plans to support the sustainable effort, volunteering over 6000 hours of her time throughout the pandemic.
She was devoted to establishing the CBMIC and the Province of Nova Scotia Workplace Education entertainment business courses. “Education is vital in this constantly changing industry, and I’m always searching and exploring creative avenues that aid in the development and exposure of Nova Scotians into the global marketplace.”
A recent grad of eleven provincial business courses and currently attending Berklee College of Music in the Music Business program, Eirinn has 17 years of experience in the entertainment industry and a thriving love of music. She is on the Cape Breton Music Industry Cooperative Board of Directors, the Music Nova Scotia Investment Program Committee, the Cape Breton Music Hall of Fame Committee and Chair of the Rural Communities Foundation of Nova Scotia Soaring Eagle Fund. She is a proud 2023 East Coast Music Award nominee for Industry Innovator of the Year.
