Project Coordinator – Women’s Employment Readiness Program

The CWB is proud to welcome Angie Zinn in the role of Project Coordinator for the Women’s Employment Readiness Program (WER).  Her recent experience includes working as Employment Support for persons with disabilities and has earned her certification as a Career Development Practitioner from the NS Career Development Association.  By identifying strengths and weaknesses, she has helped many clients overcome their barriers to obtaining employment but has also helped them maintain it through various tools and resources to ensure long-term success. She is committed to empowering Aboriginal Women in the Maritimes to identify their skills and become gainfully employed members of their communities.

Angie is originally from New Brunswick and is a Maliseet Status Band member from Oromocto First Nation in Oromocto, NB but resides in Dartmouth with her precocious daughter Rhiannon.
