Business Planning: Blueprint for Success
Business development: We see it as a construction project, and you can't just start building. You need to draft a plan.
But where do you begin?
It's a common question, and our answer is Blueprint for Success, a collaborative, six-part workshop series created specifically for women interested in starting or growing a business.
You'll leave this program with the skills to prepare your own business plan, including defining your business idea, resources for gathering market research, a well-designed marketing and sales plan for your business, and revenue forecasts for your first two years.
We are offering two options to learn this Spring:
Blueprint Online: Over six-weeks, you can take part in this popular series from the comfort of your home or office. We will provide access to an online classroom, discussion forum, and all course materials. You will need a comfy place to learn, access to the Internet, a computer and headset (please contact us for more details on your optimal connectivity requirements). Space is limited.
