Meet our June Event keynote speaker Carol Chapman, President & CEO of C2 Communications Inc.

CarolChapmanPhotoFullCarol Chapman entered the Atlantic Canadian marketing scene nearly thirty years ago. Today, she has become one of the most accomplished communications consultants in the industry, and is a leader in supplier diversity and global supply chain innovation.

“Women entrepreneurs have a great opportunity to move their businesses forward as the question of diversity becomes more mainstream,” Carol says. "Women-owned companies need to look beyond their borders for growth and outside their natural comfort zones. To do this we need to collaborate with other WBE’s that will allow us to compete for bigger contracts together.”

Carol began her career with a leading Halifax public relations firm, handling media and public relations for clients including, the Bank of Montreal, Investors Group, Home Oil, Atlantic Superstores, and Sobeys. She went on to work with a New Brunswick marketing and communications company, where she became a partner and helped grow the company from a tiny back-room operation to a thriving international business with more than 70 employees.

Carol established C2 Communications in 2003. Headquartered in Moncton, with a service office in Toronto, Carol leads a consortium of experienced, strategic communicators, brand marketers, Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) experts, new media specialists, and creatives.

Her clients include McCain Foods, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Atlantic Canadian seafood producers, Women and Wellness, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Cervus Equipment Corporation, Food Banks Canada, and Subway restaurants.

C2 Communications is certified by WEConnect Canada.
