It is our pleasure to present the CWB 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner. We will be celebrating the more than 10,000 women-owned businesses that we have helped flourish over the past 20 years and take a glimpse at what is in store for women entrepreneurs in the future.

D McMurdy headshotDeirdre McMurdy will join us as our keynote speaker to share in the celebration of 20 years of success for women entrepreneurs and endless achievements that are to come. Deirdre is one of Canada's most respected business journalists. She is best known for her work as a business writer and editor with MacLean's Magazine and correspondent with CTV's Business News Network.

Deirdre will be providing insights into how women have changed the way business is done, the lessons learned and the trends that women need to be aware of when building their business for the future.

The evening will begin with cocktails at 6:00pm and continue with a showing of the Centre for Women in Business, from its humble beginnings to an established Centre that operates as the only women-focused University Business Development Centre in Canada. We have accomplished a lot in 20 years and it wouldn't have been possible without our supporters, partners, staff and dedicated women entrepreneurs.

Join us on November 5th to celebrate the past, present and future of the CWB and the numerous women entrepreneurs that have made it all possible.
